Back in the early 1990s, I started crocheting to pass the time. I would visit
Arts & Crafts stores in the neighborhood to purchase yarns, beads, pipe cleaners,
threads, needles, and other unique materials that could be used to crochet.
While my kids were in school, I would collect and read Arts & craft magazines. Before I knew it my curiosity for Arts &
Crafts became a hobby,
and this hobby became my passion. I started taking my hand creations to class
with me and to my surprise; my classmates loved the items I created. A few
classmates even wanted to purchase some of my creations.
Word got around and soon after, I was selling my creations at flea markets,
church fund raising events, and neighborhood fairs.
Browsing sites and watching Arts & Crafts videos on the internet
has been a recent source of inspiration for my creations. For many years now I
have wanted to reach out to share my creations beyond the borders of my
community. Today, I am very proud and priviledged to bring my creations to the Internet
with a site to call my own, Nifty hands Creations.
Each Item is created by hand some from my very own imagination;
others were created with ideas from Arts & Crafts sites and magazines. All my creations are
made with patience and lots of love!
Thank you for visiting Nifty Hand Creations.
Please feel free to browse.
